The best way of toning all those wobbly bits is not a quick fix diet. It is not starving yourself and never ever even so much as lick a cream egg ever again. It is about having fun, and enjoying whatever exercise suits you.

I used to be a size 16 two years ago and now I'm a slender size 6 and I love it. All I do is yoga, bending and strecthing in all the right places, and it really improves your sex life (think of all those posistions) and tones every muscle in your body as well as improving both your strength and stamina. I also incorporated a small workout for different areas of the body that I alternate throughout the week.

To improve your bust, press-ups work and I am not kidding. Mix it up with small weights and you will be on your way to bigger perkier breasts.
