So what is a kettlebell? It is used to perform ballistic exercises and it is also called  girya. It is a cast iron weight used to combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. A kettlebell looks like a  cannonball with a handle and it is available in different sizes that  range from 4 pounds to 79 pounds. Kettlebells originated in Russia in 1704.... so actually they have been around for a very long time!

Kettlebells should not be confuse with the traditional dumbells because their center of mass  is extended beyond the hand so we can ssay that they are more similar to clubbell.

With friends we want to go for a weekend in Dubai, in fact we have collected info about the night life of this city so coveted. Dubai offers excellent night life with a wide choice of bars and nightclubs. The bars allowed to sell alcohol are usually the ones inside hotels, although there are some exceptions. The laws in force in Dubai for the nightclubs are special: all bars must close at 3 p.m. and only people over 21 can drink. Some places don't sell alcohol unless one is at least 25 years old. The most prestigious clubs in the city tend to be very selective, but as long as there is at least one girl in the group, there should be no problems.

Atlantis, located next to the Hard Rock Café, is a popular nightclub which fills up around midnight. There are girls dancing and drum masters, that make the atmosphere more lively.
