Education is the manifestation of perfection ; aleady in man - thus said Swami vivekanand.

In true sense the manifestation begins with the teach .  The teach himself need to be manifested of perfection.

It is needless to say that teachers are born not made.  The inherant teaher should com out from the teach to face the taught.  In most  cases  ; instead of putting hedge around the taught  the teach himself put hedge around and never allows any ward to come out with a doubt or a  quiry.

Very few teachers realize that the body language also  that counts in a classroom. That is why I feel teacher should be taught to face the taught confidently.
