Eurodisney Holidays...not just for children!

I love the world of Disney characters since I was a child. Even if a long time passed by, I cannot stand without reading any Disney comic I may find. I have obviously seen all the movies that Disney has produced, especially the old animated cartoons. This is the reason why I am planning to go with my sons to Euro Disney and spend our next holiday together. I am therefore collecting information on Internet to be sure that we would not get lost while visiting the fantastic world of Disney, located in France, near to Paris.

Disneyland is definitely a fantastic world. The area, which is about the 1% of the area of the city of Paris, is totally dedicated to Disney Resort Paris. The Disneyland Resort is composed by two contiguous Disney Parks, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. The Resort is located 32 km westbound of Paris and offers more than 50 big attractions. You can choose between seven different theme hotels that you can easily reach walking from the Park and other seven hotels selected by Disney. Disney Resort Paris is open 365 days and you can find many surprises in each season.

The seven theme hotels are:

	Hotel Disneyland: that is located at the entrance of the Disneyland Park
	Disney Hotel New York: if you have never been in New York here you can live the typical atmosphere of the Big Apple
	Disney Newport Bay Club: where the nautical style and the presence of the light tower make you feel at the seaside
	Disney Sequoia Lodge: where you will find all the quiet and the natural landscapes of the American Rocky Mountains
	Disney Hotel Cheyenne: if you like to live some days at the old cowboys way, here you will feel as you were in the Wild West
	Disney Hotel Santa Fe: where the influence of the natives and the influence of the South American culture will give you the impression of being in the New Mexico desert
	Disney Davy Crockett Ranch: where you can stay overnight in bungalows surrounded by woods.

In the Disney Village the amusement is guaranteed 24 hours a day, there is only the embarrassment of choosing between bars, restaurants, cinemas, shops and, in addition, you will also find an amazing disco. There is no way you will get bored.
Consider that there are seventies restaurants offering all cuisines: American, French, Italian and Mexican, say nothing of fish dishes or seafood. If you decide to spend your holiday in Euro Disney you are certainly look for fun and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you are a golf lover, you can enjoy Golf Disney, a 27 holes green; if you like adventures you may take part in Davy Crockett’s Adventure, tree climbing and leaping from a treetop to another. You have the opportunity of playing tennis as well, if this is your passion, or you can also ice-skate in wintertime on the wonderful track of the Disney Hotel New York.

In Euro Disney, there are really much more chances to have fun: you can play water sports on Lake Disney rather than cycling, going horse riding, fitness centres, swimming pools and so on. In addition, Disney Resort Paris is a place that offers a unique entertainment, providing live music shows, spectacular performances, dancing events, cinemas and many other attractions, such as the following ones:

• the IMAX cinema, where you can see new 3D movies;
• the multiplex cinema Gaumont Multiplex;
• the Sea Life Aquarium Val d’Europe offers more than 50 tanks where you can admire the exotic underwater world;
• the Hurricane disco, where you can dance all night long until the morning dawn.

 Euro Disney is open every day all year round and the Parks hours are the following: - Disneyland Park 10,00 – 19,00 - Walt Disney Studios 10,00 – 18,00

If you arrive in Paris by plane, Euro Disney is very well connected to the two Paris’ airports where you can hire a car and drive just for about 30 minutes.
My suggestion is to take also in consideration to go by train, which is about 35 minutes trip. This is the best way, in my opinion, to reach Euro Disney that has its own railway station (its name is Marne-la-Vallee Chessy). Trains are very frequent and you can definitely rely on their efficiency. If you reach Euro Disney driving you own car Euro Disney is very easy to reach, any part of Europe you are arriving from; just remember that in France you must drive on the right.
