Camping means spending your holidays in the nature

Camping is my favourite way to spend a holiday. I love very much to stay in close contact with the nature, far away from the noise and the stress of a big city like mine. Therefore, camping is my choice, but bear in mind that camping is not just pitching a tent. It means travelling prepared to those situation you could face during your holiday. Here are few tips about the equipment you must carry to live this experience at its best.

First necessary tool is a good camping guide, where you can find a large number of suggestions about camping sites. Then we have a look at the tent. Tents are produced in a wide set of shapes and sizes, to satisfy the requirements of one person instead of ten people. I suggest to consider carefully the purpose you are going to use it (e.g. carrying it by car or by a rucksack, how many people are going to sleep in, summer or winter holiday, do you need separate compartments or not and so on). Last advice: usually tents sizes are designed for average sized people, so that if you are a tall person check personally the tent you mean to buy.

In addition, a sleeping bag is necessary. As many types are available, be sure to choose the one you require, designed for the season of your holiday and for your sizes. Do not forget to carry a camping heater and some camping lights. If you have to cook after the sunset, you will need to see what you are doing and to be able to prepare your dinner.
