Email wedding invitations : easy and fast !
Hello everyone. I just got married a few weeks ago and still haven't left for my honey moon due to our crazy job schedule! I am here to give a few tips to anyone who wants to get married but doesn't have time to plan everything in a traditional way. More specifically, I would like to talk about wedding invitations. Because of my very busy life, I didn't have a spear minute to go out wedding invitations shopping.
So I decided to follow my friend's advice and I went for email wedding invitations. It is an easy and creative way of inviting your guests to your wedding. In short email wedding invitations are emails that include the basic ceremony and wedding party information.
The email wedding invitations includes a link to your wedding homepage. There are actually several very well organized websites that can host your wedding home page, such as: ewedding, momentville(free service), wedmedo, ect.... I am sure if you search the web you will find many others.
In order to do a good job with your email wedding invitations , I would suggest to keep in mind what follows :
- make sure that most of the guest have internet access ( older people may need a paper traditional wedding invitations) and begin putting down a first draft with your guest list.
- put together your wedding homepage
- look at the cost of sending emails
- decide your email wedding invitations background together with picking up the theme of your wedding
- unless you already know how to word your wedding invitation get inspired by some excellent wedding planner websites and pick you the right words for your official wedding invitation
- include maps and travel details somewhere inside your wedding invitation
- make sure you have all correct email addresses and that your guest list is complete
- plan date and time of when you want the web site to send your wedding invitations email
Well, this is about all you should keep in mind when writing your email wedding invitations.
Make sure your paper wedding invitations keep the same style of your email wedding invitations .
I am sure you will have to print a few, just like I had to do . My grand parents and older relatives don't know how to use internet and I had to print wedding invitations for them. The printing part was the easiest one, what took me longer ( this is why I went for the email type of wedding invitation) was finding out precise home addresses.
I realized that I basically don't know most of my friends and family's homes addresses but only phone numbers. Kind of sad isn't it ? I mean, we all have lost the great habit of writing traditionally .
Well, I wish you all good luck !
