Electric cookers make you an excellent "chef"
I have always been a pressure electric cooker nut . At first, I used my mother's Presto's electric cooker but after a while its seals broke and I could not find new ones anylonger. When I saw this digital pressure electric cooker, Cuisinart Pressure Cooker, I bought it instantly ( I found it on sale online at £ 70 only).
I loved it so much that I bought one for my son, my sister-in-law and my mother. I began cooking food I hadn't made in years and my husband finally started eating more often my homemade food. We are all "gourmants" :-) Plus, it is easy to program and easy to clean ( together with the fact that it makes you save a great amount of time) . My vegan friends has it as well and tells me that she she saves up to an hour when cooking beans in this marvellous pressure electric cokker. I believe, that this electric pressure cooker is ideal for those used to electric stove and the want to cook like their grand mothers used to! Cuisinart Pressure Cooker comes with easy instructions ( programming takes care of everything and makes your food come out perfect). At home we love green beans with bacon and when cook it with the electric cooker , the onions absorb all the flavors and the beans turn out just yummy!!
The only problem is that it is a little hard to find electric cookers recipe books . I always end up
experimenting or asking friends who already own it from a while. I even found that this fantastic electric pressure cooker cooks frozen chicken within 22 minutes ! What a wonderful surprise! My husband loves chicken but I only had time to cook it on sundays ... Now I can make it several times a week.
Actually, I have heard about another very good product , an electric rice cooker, Deni Rice Cooker ( on amazon it is available at about £ 50 , shipping included) . We love rice and eat it more often than bread. My friend who already has this electric cooker says that it's the best way to make rice fast and tasty. This cooker makes the rice sticker and shinier than when cooked traditionally.
As you understand, I am a true fan of the electric cooker and since I have discovered it I have become a much better "cook" :-)
