An easy way to use slendertone flex

Hello I am a gym instructor. Not only I like to work out a lot but I also believe that what really matters is an efficient work out more than the amount of time I spend working out. One way to make really efficient your work out time is to use the Slendertone Flex. I use it myself and I suggest to all my clients, with great results. Let me better explain you what the slendertone flex is and how it works , so that in case you purchase one , you can easily use it even at home.

The slendertone flex is an electrical muscle stimulation belt that works on your abdominals by causing muscle contraction . The slendertone flex works with four different levels of intensity from 0 to 99.

 

Here some basic Instructions: 

  1. Wash your skin before applying the gel pads in order to prolong the life of the gel pads.
  2. Unwrap the gel pads and apply the belt to your waste by positioning the large gel pad in the middle of your waist, and the other one on your obliques.
  3. Press the power button . A prompted menu will appear. Then choose a program with a specific time limit , including intervals.
  4. Adjust the intensity ( by using the up and down arrows) . I suggest to start with a level that is best comfortable for you. You can increase the level at any time. The purpose of increasing the level is to obtain a muscle contraction that is effective for your work out.
  5. Once you are done with the program you have set you can turn the slendertone flex off ; then remove the belt ( Make sure to cover the gel pads with the protective ).
  6. In order to have quick results , I suggest to use your Slendertone Flex five days a week for approximately a couple of weeks. After that you can reduce to three times a week.

Important Tips :

Don’t use the slendertone flex gel pads for more than 20 times. You can easily order them online . It’s the cheapest , easiest and fastest way.

You can use your Slendertone belt such as running weights.

 Make sure you talk to your doctor before starting any new fitness activity .
