Just loved my italian golf vacation

I am a golf player and I would like to suggest a few hotels I stayed in Italy last year.

The Golf Hotel Florence

The golf hotel is a three star hotel in Florence, placed only  200 meters from Santa Maria Novella Train Station,  very close to the historical centre of the city and just a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. It doesn’t have its own golf course but it has a very special atmosphere and a very well known golf course called Golf Club Parco Firenze is very close. Centrally located, the Golf Hotel Florence, in walking distance from the Fortezza da Basso, Florence’s fashion and business part of the city and from Stazione Leopolda - the new exhibition space dedicated to contemporary culture and creativity . I find this golf hotel ideal for both vacations or business trips.
The Golf Hotel is managed by its owners and although recently renovated, it keeps the traditional features of a nineteenth Century Tuscan villa.
The hotel is both simple and modern and elegant . The hotel gives wi-fi access and has an internet point in the lounge room but its decorated with marble floors chandeliers in worked glass. Located out of the ZTL (restricted traffic area), the Golf Hotel is easily reachable by car and is one of the few hotels in the historical side of the city  with its own private parking.
One can explore the beautiful city and shop with easily while staying at the Golf Hotel due to it’s strategic position.

Grotta Giusti Natural Spa Resort

Another very interesting Golf hotel is Grotta Giusti, located at the foot of Monsummano  Terme hills near Pistoia. This hotel is the perfect place for golf player who wish to combine sport with relaxation. Formerly the hotel is the Giusti family home, a very wealthy family that  enhanced the golf hotel with elegant antiques and paintings. Wonderful surroundings such as a peaceful green park with swimming pool, tennis court and routes inside woods make the golf hotel a very special place to spend a vacation into.

Sheraton Golf Parco dè Medici

The third golf hotel I feel to suggest is Sheraton Golf Parco dè Medici in Rome. The Sheraton Golf Parco de’ Medici Hotel is the perfect venue for both business and leisure travelers, located just 18 kilometers from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport and 11 km from Rome down town. The golf hotel is surrounded by ninety hectares of green areas and a twenty seven hole golf course. Also, the golf hotel has a couple of outdoor swimming pools, 3 gyms with  sauna and Turkish bath. A true golfer’s paradise !

I really can’t express a preference in which of the three above golf hotels I would rather go back again if I had to pick one. What I can suggest is to really decide your priorities before making your choice.
