Cannot make up my mind on my new home 's internal doors

I am so happy my new house is almost finished! Only few details are missing . The once I care most about of course; such as internal doors! Although it may seem of minor importance, it's actually essential the way internal doors look like. I mean, they are the very first point of contact on entering a space in any home.

I sort of documented myself more on this matter because I wanted to pick the right model. I am not an interior designer and obviously I am not even a rich woman with houses all over the country, so I had to fall back upon a specialist's help. I asked my good friend Lina, a well thought of architect. I learned that there are many factors to consider when buying an internal door.
One important factor is how it looks like for example; the material it's made from is obviously essential; the type of paneling; is it glazed? If yes, how? You'll also want to think about how easy it is to maintain through time. Last but not least , does it fit your budget?
I also learned that there are so many different types of very good internal doors one could consider buying: walnut doors, hardwood doors, pine doors, grand entrance doors, pre glazed doors, contemporary doors, unglazed doors.

For example, a panel door is a more traditional internal door, made from softer hardwood. Pressed internal doors made out of softwood but covered with plain wood or hardboard. Depending on the material they are made of and on the decorations as well as the type of wood used, the cost rockets. When picking an internal door I realized that it is fundamental that the style of internal doors reflect the style of the rest of your home.

First of all it's necessary to consider if the home is more traditional or more modern looking. Who owns contemporary homes has a bit more freedom when it comes to choosing an internal door style because several internal door styles could fit a modern look , as opposed to who owns a more traditional home. Traditional homes necessarily need traditional or very simple looking internal doors. Not only traditional homes need to get traditional internal doors but the owner has to pay attention to pick the right internal door color.

Finally, considering my home is very traditional looking, it wasn't all that hard picking the model, especially now that my good friend Lina explained to me all main requisitions when choosing internal doors.
The only thing that was a little harder to manage, was picking the right color.
