I am an esthetician and I am here to give all reading women , five practical tips for their best skin care. We all love summer but this is also a high risk season for our skin . Too much sun may burn and dehydrate our skin.
FIRST of all protect yourself from the sun
In order to best protect our skin from the sun , avoid the sun between 12 a.m. and 4 p.m., this is when the sun's rays are the strongest. Cover your skin with long pants , tightly woven long-sleeved shirts and hats. One might also opt for special sun-protective clothing, made to block ultraviolet rays but meanwhile they keep you comfortable and cool. Also, apply a generous amounts of sunscreen cream all over your body around 25 minutes before going outdoors or on the beach.
SECOND important tip for best skin care: don’t smoke
Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows superficial blood vessels, which decreases blood flow. Smoking clears the skin of oxygen and important nutrients, such as vitamins, that are important to skin health and for the best skin care.
THIRD tip for best skin care: always make sure to gently clean your skin with the right products
Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin therefore I suggest to limit
your bath or shower time. Also, avoid strong soaps, they can strip oil from your skin . (For men) When shaving , make sure to lubricate your skin by using shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. Last by not least, find a moisturizer that fits your skin type .
FOURTH best skin care tip: eat healthy
An healthy diet can help you look and feel well, and it can help you for the best skin care. In order to get your skin in better shape, you don’t have to give up on all bad habits, but rather, eat those things in moderation. You can eat “unhealthy” foods as a special treat or on rare occasions .
LAST very important tip for the best skin care: manage your stress level.
With excessive trigger acne can breakout along with other skin problems and your skin can become much more sensitive. Make time to do the things you enjoy and scale back your to-do list.
