How to gain weight if you have a high metabolism! It really works! Diet Plan

I've always been skinny & used to get bullied for it until I went to college, but I was still unhappy with my weight. I'd find myself binge eating but still not gaining ANY weight. I started getting obsessed about it & not eat healthy meals, just junk food. I started getting depressed and eating anything and everything. I suppose I was the oposite of anorexic.

I tried everything to gain weight but it was just unhealthy, eating junk food, and not excersising. I wouldn't go out because I knew I'd be using calories.

This was a problem until I stumbled across this Crash Weight Gain, which you can purchase from Hollands & Barrats. It was only £15, which is quite reasonable, and also Sea Kelp tablets, which helps slow down your metabolism.

I had a tablet morning, afternoon & night, with a meal and I drank 3 pint glasses of the weight gain. You mix the powder with milk & aslong as you mix it in well, it tastes very nice. :)

If you want to gain weight then I recommend you have these and also eat healthy high calorie food:

  • Eggs on toast for breakfast
  • Chicken, Pasta, and side salad like lettuce, cucumber, sweet peppers & raw carrots.
  • For snacks, just eat a packet of crisps and and a chocolate bar.
  • Every sunday, make sure you have a proper cooked dinner, this includes;
  • Chicken/lamb/beef
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Peas
  • Carrots
  • Roast potatoes
  • Gravy

This may sound like too much, but honestly, it is beautiful. Maybe you could have 3 of these meals a week as there are alot of calories in it and it is very healthy. Make sure you eat it all and drink your weight gain as weel and take the sea kelp tablet when eating.
