They all start off with good intentions but somewhere along the way they lose the drive to push for a quality service, it could take a few weeks before the cleaner or the company feels that they are not being watched or monitored and then starts the slow decline in a quality service that was promises at the start...

Constant monitoring is the key..

Regurlar contact with the domestic onsite and with the client...feed back from both is key.

www.anycleaning4u.com have tried to implement a startegy to instigate feed back and a full monitoring service, this could be from somthing as easy as GPS from your mobile tracking the domestics sign in and out times and location at the time..the is nothing worse than getting paid for 3hrs work when the domestic only does 1hr at the most and mostly if nobody is keeping an eye, your jobs will slowly get given to other companies because there was no monitoring in place....
