How to loose weight

Loosing weight is nothing!

 

Are you so worried about loosing weight?

It does not matter anymore because I can help stop on the junk food is number one and the chocolates and sweets.

Rules and suggestions: (I use to be fat fat fat now I am slim slim slim)

1. eat less

2. work out and do 35 push ups a day

3. play sports for an hour a day

4. walk aroung the place stop using your car

5. be normal and do not be lazy to get oout of bed

 

thats what I did and now.. well I am slim. I am 23 and wigh 41 kilograms!
