In less prestigious areas of the centre of London, such as Notting Hill or Bankside, rental prices are lower, considering that you will have a longer way to the main London places of interest and that you will discover the reason why London air is so "famous". In the outlying areas, rental prices are even lower, but the distance from the centre of London increases considerably.

One of the main factors affecting London flat rentals is the flat itself. This means that the difference of price depends on the quality of the building as well as the furnishing provided rather than the width of the flat. Another very important factor is the proximity to the subway, the famous London Tube.
